About

The Lovell Health House, designed by famed architect Richard Neutra, sits atop a hill in Los Angeles’s Griffith Park and affords some of the finest views of the city below. It was the first all glass and steel residence in the United States and is one of the earliest  examples of Modernist-style architecture. The house has also been a featured home for characters in two films: the noir classic La Confidential and an Academy Award-winning performance by Christopher Plummer in Beginners.
